1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos and order details to sales@myblaaze.in
3. Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement unless already shipped.
